The research and development department has brought innovation to a wide range of products. Products which help us meet the demands of the wide variety of different markets so that we are able to provide just the right kind of product for each customer.
The heating sector has made further progress with the development of new boilers, the Domina models. These are increasingly more suitable to satisfy the demands of the European market. Certain products have been newly designed or re-designed to have low energy consumption levels and low levels of pollutant emission.
We have also completed research to start the production of two different lines of condensation boilers to meet the needs of both those requiring a boiler for individual use and large residential complexes.
ELECTRONICS
Electronics is a new division of the research and development sector, working particularly on new applications to ensure that our products always meet customers’ needs. Radically changed electronic applications have decisively improved performance of our products in terms of safety, economy and well-being.
It has been an important year for investment in the air conditioning sector with the adoption of a new 3D design system and the acquisition of two calorimeters Experimentation on the range of domestic appliances, which conform to laws regarding the use of thermodynamic fluids alternative to HCPF’s, has been greatly accelerated And alongside this have come improvements in design, materials used and performance. In the hydromassage sector we have developed state-of-the-art models both in terms of design and technology.
For our motors, the development of sophisticated mathematical models has continued with a continuous comparison of theoretical parameters (defined using software) with actual physical parameters recorded using the motors during a work cycle.
